A chronological record of Islamic and academic formation
Received foundational Islamic and general education at Flushing Muslim Center, establishing early roots in both faith and learning.
Completed one year of Nāẓirah (Qurʾānic recitation), followed by two and a half years of Ḥifẓ (memorisation of the entire Holy Qurʾān), formally completing in 2014. Remained an additional year and a half for Daur — a structured programme of intensive revision to consolidate and strengthen the memorisation.
Completed eighth and ninth grades at Al-Mamoor School, graduating as Valedictorian of the eighth-grade class in recognition of academic excellence.
Completed the final three years of high school in two years, pursuing advanced-level coursework throughout. Graduated with a weighted GPA of 95 and academic honours.
Completed the first three years of the traditional six-year ʿĀlimiyyah programme, studying the classical Islamic curriculum including Naḥw, Ṣarf, Fiqh, and introductory texts in Ḥadīth and Tafsīr.
Transferred to Darul Uloom New York to complete the final three years of the ʿĀlimiyyah programme under senior Muḥaddithīn and scholars in the United States, studying the major works of Ḥadīth, advanced Fiqh, Tafsīr, and Uṣūl. Graduated August 2025.
Awarded a Master's degree in Islamic Sciences upon completion of the ʿĀlimiyyah programme, in recognition of the advanced level of study undertaken.
Pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science concurrently with Islamic studies. Completed rigorous coursework including Linear Algebra, Calculus II, Data Structures, Operating Systems Principles, Principles of Programming Languages, and Post-Quantum Cryptography. Graduated Cum Laude with a cumulative GPA of 3.67 and academic honours. Coursework formally completed January 2026.
Currently enrolled in the post-graduate Takhaṣṣuṣ programme in Islamic Jurisprudence and the Issuance of Legal Verdicts (Iftāʾ), studying under Mufti Manzoor and Mufti Mizaanur Rahman — two senior scholars and muftis in the United States.
